The use of a fulfillment partner does not change your relationship with The Herbalists as the merchant from whom you purchased your order.

11. SHIPPING
Shipping destinations, methods, rates, and estimated transit times are displayed where available at checkout.
Processing/fulfillment time and carrier transit time are separate.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

12. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers placing international orders are responsible for ensuring that products may lawfully be imported, possessed, and used in their destination jurisdiction.
Products legally sold in one country may be restricted in another.

13. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Because many products sold by The Herbalists are consumable, wellness, personal-care, or otherwise unsuitable for resale after distribution, purchases are generally final sale except as provided by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy or required by applicable law.
We generally do not provide discretionary refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse, preference, incorrect customer selections, or other circumstances described as non-refundable in that policy.
Eligible damaged, defective, mislabeled, incorrect, or lost-in-transit orders may qualify for a replacement or refund according to our policy.
Cancellation requests must be made promptly.
Orders may enter fulfillment quickly, and cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun.

14. MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

Customers in jurisdictions with mandatory withdrawal, return, conformity, warranty, refund, or cancellation rights retain those rights.

We may review, hold, reject, or cancel orders that reasonably appear fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, unlawful, or otherwise present a material risk to customers, The Herbalists, payment providers, fulfillment partners, or other parties.

Promotional offers, discount codes, bundles, giveaways, subscriptions, and other promotions may be subject to additional terms.

• Discounts have no cash value;
